Gaby Solano

Coordinator of the Fruits and Vegetables Program 

Gaby was born in Mexico City and has been a part of the Colorado community since 2002. Currently she is working on her degree in public health. She is passionate about working with AMISTAD because coming from an immigrant family and becoming involved with her community has motivated her to become a change agent in the face of injustices in accessing health care for our community.

Being part of AMISTAD has helped her to achieve not only her professional goals but also personal goals, which are focused on working in equity in the Latino community. In her free time she likes to travel, hike in the mountains, go to the gym, and participate in auto racing.
